By registering for or attending any No Agent Left Behind event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register for or attend our events.

Event registration is processed through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite. Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy below.

Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. You are responsible for ensuring accurate contact information.

Attendee Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Event Cancellations by Us:

• If we cancel an event, full refunds will be provided
• We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses
• Events may be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control

All attendees are expected to:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Respect the intellectual property shared during presentations
• Follow venue rules and local laws
• Arrive on time and prepared to participate

We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these expectations without refund.

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. These images may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media without additional compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.

All content presented at our events, including presentations, materials, and handouts, is the intellectual property of the presenters or Standout24events LLC. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Standout24events LLC and its partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage during events
• Loss of business or financial damages
• Travel delays, cancellations, or related expenses
• Technical issues or content accuracy
• Actions of other attendees or third parties

Your total liability is limited to the amount paid for event registration.

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, venue issues, or other emergencies.

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

By registering for our events, you consent to receive communications related to your registration and future events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time while still receiving essential event-related updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
